Former Governor of Ogun State and presidential candidate for the All Progressives Congress, Ibikunle Amosun, has stepped down to make way for the party’s national leader, Bola Tinubu.
This was stated by the lawmaker representing Ogun Central senatorial district while speaking to delegates at the ruling party’s ongoing presidential primary.
Amosun pledged to work with Tinubu to address the issues plaguing Nigeria’s progress.
