    The Mayor of Isolo LCDA, Olasoju Adebayo has lit the torch of 90th birthday celebration of Chief Martins Ayoade Adegboyega, the pioneer Executive Chairman of Oshodi-Isolo LGA who joins the exclusive nonagenarian club today.

    The council boss, in a congratulatory message signed by his Chief Press Secretary,Mr Rasheed Iskilu,Olasoju extolled the admirable virtues of the veteran politician as he lauded him for his enduring and endearing political and welfarist legacies.

    Hon Olasoju went further to express delight in joining the newest Nonagenarian in returning gratitude and glory to God Almighty for the invaluable grace that has sustained him this far in his earthly journey and the remarkable achievements in the political and business landscapes that resonate with his name.

    “A life well-lived is a legacy that never fades,” Olasoju remarked. “Chief Martins Ayoade Adegboyega’s journey has been one of purpose, dedication, and selfless service to humanity.

    “His contributions have truly shaped Oshodi-Isolo LGA and Lagos state at large and continue to inspire future generations.”he stated

    Speaking further,Otunba Adebayo Olasoju expressed his astonishment and admiration for Chief Adegboyega’s fitness describing it as a highly divine gift which desirability can’t be done away from by anyone.

    The Executive Chairman of Oshodi-Isolo Local Government, Otunba Kehinde Almaroof Oloyede today joined the good people of the council area in celebrating the pioneer chairman, Chief Martins Adegboyega on the special occasion of his 90th birthday.

    Chief Adegboyega, according to the council chairman, is a towering figure in Nigeria’s political landscape.

    Hon Oloyede went further to state that as the pioneer Executive Chairman of the newly formed Oshodi-Isolo Local Government in 1991, comprising Oshodi, Isolo, and Ejigbo, he laid a solid foundation for progress and development of the local government, stating that his legacy is one of unwavering integrity, resilience, and a deep commitment to uplifting the lives of the people.

    Oloyede disclosed that Chief Adegboyega is not just a political strategist but a leader who blends wisdom, strength, and kindness with a relentless passion for justice and equity, noting that he has consistently stood for policies and principles that prioritize the welfare of the masses, earning him the trust and admiration of all who cross his path.

    The Executive Chairman of Somolu Local Government Hon Abdul hammed Salawu (Dullar) , has promised to ensure that all the projects his administration started would be completed before the end of his administration next year

    He made this assertion at the year 2025 Budget retreat, stating that he is not going to hand over any abandoned project to his Successor.

    He went further to say that it is a deliberate policy of his administration that if projects are going on in any  community,the people should be rest assured that all of them would be factored into the 2025 Budget for consideration and implementation.

    Speaking further he said, the ultra- modern Council Secretariat must be commissioned in the early next year so that the community of workers in Somolu LG can interact freely as of old.

    While highlighting some of the projects he has embarked up on which were in Conformity with the Lagos state THEMES PLUS agenda of the Governor,he pointed out that more projects would be carried out in the coming year

    Lending their voices,the Council Manager Mr .Abiodun Babington charged the Revenue Collected to apply the ideas they gained from the Various trainings they have been exposed to to improve on the Internally Generated Revenue of the Local Government in the coming year .

    The Council Treasurer Mr. Abayomi Odusanya appealed to the residents to pay their rates and levies so that the executive Chairman will have enough funds to complete the on- going projects and start other critical ones before the end of his administration.

    On his part,the Head of Budget, Planning and Statistics Mr Femi Giwa opined that the budget office has carried out a water tight data of all the receivables in Somolu LG, stressing that it would be impossible for rate Players to escape or short change the government of Somolu LG.

    Investigator news gathered that the facilitator at the Budget retreat Mr Ismail Ogunbanbi emphasized the importance of Budget retreat as veritable tools for monitoring and evaluating performance index of any serious government.

    He said, whenever you spend outside the Budgetary provision, you have run foul of the rules, every expenditure must be captured in the Budget, that is the reason why the Retreat is very crucial and essential”.

    In an effort to ensure continued optimal performance and service delivery for the teeming residents of Oshodi-Isolo local government, the Executive Chairman of the council, Otunba Kehinde Almaroof Oloyede has announced plans to reshuffle his cabinet members.

    In a release by his Media handlers, the council boss said the rejigging of the cabinet becomes important to ensure that the good works his administration has carried out for the teeming residents continued unabated in the coming year.

    He assured that the council’s resources will as always continued to be channelled in delivering more infrastructural development projects for the residents.

    The thorough bred and professional chairman, who is a firm believer in the doctrine of service delivery at all times, went on to say that he won’t relent in his oars until dividends of democracy get to every nook and cranny of the local government.

    Hon Otunba Oloyede said machineries have been put in motion to ensure that cabinet members deliver their duties optimally.

    According to the council boss, “there is a need to realign and rejig our cabinet members. The planned reshuffling is aimed at bringing about optimal service delivery to our people and the council area in general.”

    “We shall review individuals’ performance and will act accordingly. We shall also swap some portfolios for optimal service delivery.”he stated

    While waiting for the new arrangement to be unveiled, the council chairman urged members of the cabinet to be up and doing.

    The Chairperson of Isolo LCDA, Mrs. Olajumoke Olasoju on Tuesday teamed up with her counterparts in Oshodi-Isolo LGA and Ejigbo LCDA, Mrs. Fadekemi Al-Maroof and Mrs. Fatima Oloyede-Bello respectively to empower women and indigent residents across Oshodi-Isolo LGA.

    The event tagged ‘Women Empowerment Program and Palliative’ was held at the Ejigbo Council Secretariat as part of activities of the monthly meeting of Lagos State Council Chairmen’s Wives Association (LASCCWA) hosted by the trio.

    At the event, beneficiaries who were evenly selected across the federating council areas from various strata of the community smiled home with sewing machines, deep freezers, cash sums and food items as palliatives.

    Speaking on behalf of the host-chairpersons, the President of the Association, Mrs. Kehinde Ajala who led other chairpersons to the event explained that the empowerment and palliative distribution was to replicate a similar initiative by the First Lady, Dr. Mrs Claudiana Ibijoke Sanwo-Olu and ultimately complement the laudable welfarist strides of their spouses at their respective council areas.

    On their part, the Chairmen of Isolo and Ejigbo LCDAs, Olasoju Adebayo and Hon. Monsurudeen Oloyede Bello thanked their spouses and LASCCWA for the laudable gesture as they promised continued support for their activities.

    Earlier, the program featured inter-religious prayers, motivational talks and religious counselling from Imam Abdul-Jamiu Oyebo, Imam Abdul-Haheem Mudathir and Pastor David Oluwole, respectively.

    Some of the beneficiaries who spoke with investigator news were full of gratitude to the chairpersons for the laudable gesture with a promise to make judicious use of the empowerment benefits.

    ‘I’m delighted to have been selected for this empowerment program. I’m a fresh graduate from fashion school and I’ve been worried about how to get a machine to set up my own sewing business.”

    I’m grateful to our chairpersons, Mrs. Jumoke Olasoju, Mrs. Fadekemi Oloyede and Alh. Obe’s wife as well as the entire members of LASCCWA for this impactful program,” said, Iyanu Akinrinmade, a beneficiary from Isolo.

    Investigator news reports that the event was also graced by the council leader of Oshodi-Isolo LGA, Hon. Rasheed Obasa, his counterpart in Isolo, Hon. Akeem Adeyemi Alarape, the SLG of Oshodi-Isolo LGA, Hon. Smart Akinleye, his counterpart in Isolo LCDA, Hon. Sikiru Adeshina Salisu among other council officials.

    Also worthy of mention is the presence of the Chairmen of the All Progressives Congress (APC) from the three council areas, Hon. Saheed Animashaun, Barrister Gani Bello and Alhaji Fatai Kasumu among other party officials and notable individuals.

    The member of the House of Representatives, representing Ifako ljaye federal constituency of Lagos State,Hon Benjamin Adeyemi Olabinjo,on Saturday December 7,2024 empowered his constituent with 177 Sewing Machines,130 Generators,110 Hair Dryers for salon operators,164 Grinding Machines for food vendors and entrepreneurs and one Ambulance for emergency services in its first Mega Empowerment program.

    The event which took place at the African Church Primary School, Ifako Ijaiye, Lagos State attracted the likes of the State Chairman of the All Progressive Congress (APC), Pastor Cornelius Ojelabi,the LGA chairmen of lfako ljaye and Ojokoro LCDA,APC Chieftains, former chairmen and lawmakers of the party, women, youths, members of the Christian and Muslim community, pupils and students, artisans among others.

    Investigator news reports that cash support of ₦100,000 each were given to 300 beneficiaries.(NGN 30,000,000) Thirty million naira and BAO Cooperatives for community development were given NGN 10,000,000 (Ten million naira) for donations.

    Also,300 youths were given N10,000 each, totalling N30,000,000, for their businesses,Community Development Areas (CDAs) in the area were given N5 million for development purposes, while Secondary schools in the area were not left out as they were equipped with tables and lockers,note books were donated to the students, and materials for sporting activities such as table tennis, and football donated to the schools.

    It was also revealed that some Christians in the constituency would be sponsored to Jerusalem in Israel in 2025 for pilgrimage.

    In his welcome address,Hon BAO while distributing the items to youths, women and  artisans in the constituency, said the gesture was aimed at supporting and empowering the people who need it most, as part of his campaign promises.

    The lawmaker implored the beneficiaries to use the items for the purpose it was meant for, assuring that other physical projects would be executed in all the wards of the constituency.

    BAO went further to  say that when he got the items, he handed them over to the party leaders in the constituency for distribution among the constituents, adding that only about 20% of the items was given to him to give out directly, while thanking the leaders of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Ifako-Ijaiye for the distribution of the items.

    “Just one year and eight months in office, we have embarked on various initiatives such as infrastructure development to improve the living standard of our constituents. We have successfully advocated for the rehabilitation of the Lagos-Ibadan Expressway and facilitated the provision of solar street lights in various communities”

    “My  empowerment programme is a sure way of remembering my people and to say thank you for the mandate given to me to represent you”

    “On social welfare, we have implemented programmes to alleviate the impact of economic hardship with the provision of financial assistance to community development initiative and distributed essential items to vulnerable groups.

    “We have also organised various acquisition programmes including block making, shoe making, food processing and digital sale to empower our constituents.Additionally, we have provided financial support for small businesses through bond program and facilitated access to credit.

    “Today, we are taking this commitment further by distributing various empowerment items, including generating sets, grinding machines, blower dryers, sewing machines, cash support, school furnitures, education materials, fertilizer and sports equipment for children,also provided fully equipped ambulance for the use of the constituents,” he said.

    The State Chairman of the All Progressive Congress, Lagos State,Hon Ojelabi Cornelius commended Hon Olabinjo for his first BAO Mega Empowerment Programme, calling it the first of its kind in Ifako Ijaiye.

    “We promised that if you vote for our party, we will bring dividends of democracy to you and I am glad that you fulfilled you own promises by casting your votes for the APC and sincerely, I thank you for having trust in us.

    “Today, we are here to fulfill another leg of the promise. This is the first in the series of the empowerment programme. I just want to advise the beneficiaries to make the best use of the empowerment equipments.”

    Hon Ojelabi then urged the beneficiaries not to sell the equipments, but to ensure that they put them into use in order to eliminate poverty, according to him,they would be attracting curses by selling the items, adding that this would not encourage Hon. Olabinjo and the leaders of the party to do more in the future.

    A beneficiary of the empowerment programme Mrs Yetunde Adeyemi thanked the lawmaker for the gesture, describing him “as a man of the people, who has come to uplifts the lives of his constituents.”

    Another beneficiary Mrs Aminat Balogun who got a grinding machine, promised to use the item judiciously while thanking our distinguished representative and I pray that God continues to be with him.”she said.

    Investigator news gathered that the BAO Empowerment Programme was established to uplift school children, youths, market women, artisans, community and traditional leaders, and party members by providing vocational training, resources, and financial support.

    This initiative aims to equip residents and indigenes of the Ifako Ijaiye Federal Constituency with the tools and knowledge to build sustainable businesses and enterprises.

    The programme’s success was evident with an impressive turnout and a wide array of empowerment items distributed to beneficiaries.

    The APC Chairmanship aspirant for Ejigbo LCDA 2025,Hon. Taoheed Adebayo Taiwo (TAT)has added another feather to his cap as he was conferred with a Doctorate Degree (Honoris Causa) in Public Administration by Prowess University, Delaware, USA.

    The conferment took place on December 7, 2024, during the 3rd Annual Leadership Summit of the MSME Institute of Management and Professional Studies (MIMPS), Nigeria, held at Julius Berger Hall, University of Lagos.

    Investigator news reports that this prestigious honour recognizes TAT’s visionary leadership and groundbreaking contributions to grassroots development.

    In his acceptance speech, Dr. Taoheed dedicated the award to the youths of Ejigbo LCDA, reaffirming his unwavering commitment to impactful governance and community progress.

    Investigator news gathered that Hon Taiwo was born into the distinguished family of High Chief M.A. Taiwo and Alhaja N.B. Kelani (Taiwo),had his educational background from  St. Monica Montessori Nursery and Primary School, Ire-Akari; Baptist Boys High School, Abeokuta; Oyila Comprehensive High school, Ejigbo and Ansar-Ud-Deen Comprehensive High School, Okota.

    He holds a Diploma in Law from Obafemi Awolowo University, a Bachelor’s degree in History and International Relations from Ekiti State University, and a Master’s in Public Administration from the University of Birmingham, UK.

    In addition, he is a certified Project Management Professional, London School of Informatics(UK), Certified Management Consultant (CMC), certified member of the Institute of Management Consultants (IMC), Certified member of the Centre for Public Service, Productivity and Development (MCP), Certified management Specialist (CMS), Certified member MSME Institute of Management and Professional Studies (MIMPS) also an accredited member of several prestigious institutions, including the London Graduate School (LGS), UK, where he earned distinction in Time Management.

    TAT as his fondly called by his followers, leadership pedigree spans decades, from student unionism to serving as the Sole Administrator of Oshodi-Isolo LGA and Special Adviser on Culture, Boundary, and Chieftaincy Affairs in Ejigbo LCDA.

    His extensive experience in governance, negotiation, and community service underscores his commitment to driving grassroots development and societal progress.

    He has been honoured with chieftaincy titles such as Agba-Akin of Igbore, Abeokuta and Aare Atun Ilusee of Ewu Land, Oshodi-Isolo These accolades, alongside numerous local and national awards, reflect his unwavering dedication to public service.

    In a bid to alleviate the economic hardship being faced by individuals,the Ohaneze Ndigbo Socio Cultural group, Amuwo Odofin Lagos Chapter has decided to empowered over 100 of its members  with POS machines, grinding machines, gas cookers, food items, cooking utensils, and cash donation of N100,000 to 20 Women so as to help them financially in their various businesses.

    The event attracted the likes of Hon Folorunsho Ola Western,Hon Maureen Achara,Hon George Adegeye Olawande, MHR, Amuwo Odofin Federal Constituency (represented by his constituency manager, Hon. Robert Obasi);ACP Eburaja Nwachukwu of Area E Command, Festac; Eze Augustine Ojukwu Ezendigbo, Amuwo-odofin; and Eze Chukwuakalikamadu. Emmanuel Ezendigbo Oriade, Princess Uju Ibeh Ezenwanyi, Eze Dr. Anthony Chigbo Elui, Chief Sunday Ossai, president of Ohaneze Ndigbo Lagos,Chief Mrs. Violet Obiora,the representatives of May HillTop International School; Hon. Stella Foluke Safilo and Hon.Bruaimoh Valentine.

    In his welcome address,the Chairman of Ohaneze Ndigbo Amuwo-odofin, High Chief Chikwado Laurence Ezeunara, stated that the essence of the event was to celebrate and recognize personalities of unquestionable characters who have made their mark and impact as far as Ohaneze Ndigbo Amuwo Odofin and Lagos in general is concerned.

    He went further to state that the award event was held last in 2017,and this year the organization decided to recognize multiple recipients,empower its members and assist the widows,less privileged and youths in Amuwo Odofin so that they can make exploit in their respective status of life.

    High Chief Ezeunara noted that in the last two years of his administration,he has been able to achieved the following which include establishment of lgboezue cultural institution,free lgbo language summer classes for the children of ages 6-8 in conjunction with his Royal highness Eze Ojukwu Sunday Augustine (Eze Udo ll),cash gift of one million, three hundred and fifty thousand naira to victims of armed robbery attack in Abule Ado and constitutions, inauguration of various committees and registration of the organization officially with Amuwo Odofin Local government administration.

    The Chairman of the event,Chief Emmanuel Otunoye used the occasion to urge lgbo stakeholders to always preach peace and unity n their domain as togetherness and love will bring about peace and tranquility in the South East region.

    Speaking to newsmen,the Publicity Secretary of Ohaneze Ndigbo Lagos State, Mrs. Violet Uchenna Obiora, preached unity, love, and understanding amongst the Igbo,ststing that the act of recognizing the less privileged is a selfless service to society.

    The former woman leader went further to acknowledge Ohaneze Ndigbo Amuwo Odofin for remembering the less privileged and women among them, while commending Chief Ezeunara for actualizing this great feats.

    Also,the LGA Woman leader, Chief Mrs Hope Eze applauded the chairman and the entire Ndigbo in Amuwo Odofin for their support and care towards the women and youths, stating that the empowerment giving to the beneficiaries would go a long way in reducing the economic hardship being faced by many families.

    Chief Mrs Hope who is also the leader of of the women cultural group appreciated the women for their support, while urging them to continually pray for the unity and peace of Ndigbo in Amuwo Odofin

    Lending his voice,Hon. Folorunsho Ola Western applauded the Ohaneze Ndigbo Amuwo-odofin for recognizing leaders that have touched lives in the society as well as having the initiative to reach out to the less privileged and widows.

    He opined that as a Philanthropist who has empowered so many widows and less privileged regardless of their ethnic background, individuals need to understand the importance of giving back to the society, noting that unity has prevailed so far in Amuwo-odofin amongst tribes as established by the President of Nigeria, Bola Ahmed Tinubu, the Governor of Lagos State, Gov. Babajide Sanwo-olu, and at the local government level, while expressing satisfaction at the honors given to ACP Eburaja Nwachukwu, Area E Commander, and CSP Balogun, the DPO of Festac, in commendation of their good work in ensuring security and safety in Amuwo-odofin.

    One of the awardees, the Assistant Commissioner of Police for Area E Command, ACP Eburaja Nwachukwu expressed gratitude over the recognition accorded him by the Ohaneze Ndigbo Amuwo-odofin as well as the initiative to empower members.

    He stated that since his assumption into office as the police head in Festac, there has not been any breach constituted by tribes because he has appealed to Ndigbos to maintain peaceful coexistence with other tribes in Festac, while commending Ndigbo for being very enterprising, hardworking, and peaceful.

    While answering questions from newsmen, High Chief Ezeunara stated that empowerment is about setting up a business venture for an individual

    “The idea of giving palliatives to people and calling it empowerment is a wrong concept, for they are exhaustible items.Ohaneze Amuwo-odofin chapter has achieved a vision by empowering members with grinding machines, POS machines, cookers, utensils, and cash worth N100,000 to 20 persons as start-up capital”

     

    “The idea is to empower these women so that they will be able to start small scale businesses, in view of current economic realities.”

    “While some got POS Machines,others got grinding machines, others gas cooker and I think these will save them a lot in expenses as they learn to feed themselves and their communities.”he submitted.

    Beneficiaries who were empowered with brand new POS machines and grinding machines  respectively, were drawn from the different ward in Amuwo Odofin local governments.

    Speaking to lnvestigator news,Mrs Veronica Okonkwo who received the sum of N100,000.thanked the organization, praying that God almighty will replenish their purse.

    Also, Mrs Ngozi Nwankwo,a recipient of grinding machine stated that she would use the equipment judiciously to fend for her family

    Investigator news gathered that May Hill Top International School also gave out food palliatives to members of Ohaneze Ndigbo Amuwo Odofin.

    A representative of Mrs May Adubasin,the Proprietress,Mr Mensah commended the effort of High Chief Chikwado for putting together a gathering to empower widows, the less privileged, and the youths.

    ” The exercise is in line with the school’s vision to reach out and assist the less privileged in the society as they have just done,so my principal decided to partner with Ohaneze Ndigbo Socio Cultural group in giving and showing love to the less privileged in the society.”he stated.

    Highpoint of the event was presentation of awards to distinguished personalities, presentation of gift items and cultural dance by Ohaneze women Amuwo Odofin Chapter.

    The Executive Chairman of Somolu Local Government, Hon. Abdul Hamed Salawu ‘Dullar’, has bagged the 2024 Nigerian Local Government Excellence Award (LOGEXA) as the Overall Best Local Government Chairman in Nigeria.

    The award is in recognition of his leadership qualities through service.delivery and high sense of accountability.

    While receiving the award at the soon-to-be-commissioned Somolu Local Government Administrative Complex,Hon Salawu commended the organization for finding him worthy for the award, stating that the recognition is a testament to the collective efforts and unwavering support of the resilient and hardworking people of Somolu LGA.

    He described the award as a validation of his commitment to progress as he has achieved remarkable milestones that has transformed Somolu local government, noting that the award will nudge him to further serve humanity and the good people of Somolu.

    Hon Dullar went further to state that over 60 roads have been constructed, with more than 25 completed using customized interlocking stones and solar powered streetlights, ensuring safety and connectivity for all residents.

    ” All praises is due to Almighty Allah for this momentous occasion,it is with profound humility and gratitude that l accept the Nigerian Local Government Excellence Award (LOGEXA)2024 as the overall best local government chairman in Nigeria.”

    The Council boss who reiterated his commitment, trust and collaboration promised to do more, while thanking his Exco and Management team, whose efforts,he said have been instrumental in his success, dedicating the award to the good people of Somolu for giving him the chance through the party,All Progressive Congress to serve them this far with support and prayers,as he assured to build a brighter, better and more prosperous Somolu

    One of the Apex leader Apostle Peter Onyewusi applauded the editor of Medal Magazine, Abuja, stating that his assessment towards the Executive chairman is absolutely correct as the award is a well deserved award.

    He noted that the Executive Chairman has done marvelously well in infrastructure, human development and stomach infrastructure as Somolu residents are pleased with the happenings in Somolu local government

    Lending his voice,one of the leaders in Christian Association of Nigeria,Bro Barnabas Ekeoha described Hon Dullar as a man who is so humble and has a kind heart especially to the down trodden.

    Deacon Femi Taiwo, former APC LG Chairman thanked the leaders and management team for giving the chairman the needed support, while urging them not to relent so that he can transform the local government.

    Mr Giwa Olufemi Olugbenga,HOD Budget says that Hon Dullar is someone who is determined, stating that if it is possible for Dullar to extend his tenure for 3rd time,the people of Somolu won’t hesitate to support him.

    Earlier the Executive Director,Medals Magazine,Mr llesanmin Olayoriju stated that the remarkable achievements of Hon. Dullar exemplifies the true essence of visionary and transformative leadership.

    He opined that his recognition as one of the awardees of the 2018 edition of the Nigerian Local Government Excellence Award (LOGEXA) was just a glimpse of his immense potential,as he performed extraordinary strides.

    Olayoriju noted that the Local Government which is supposed to be the third tier of government in Nigeria is indeed confronted by diverse challenges, noting that inspite of all these challenges, some Local Government Chairmen still navigate their ways to provide visionary and purposeful leadership to the people.

    In another development the Muslim Students Society (MSS) of Somolu Area, led by Bro. Abdul-Rahman Sulaiman, presented an Award of Excellence to Hon. Dullar for his unwavering commitment to grassroots development.

    Abdulrahman pointed out that the essence of the award was to urge Hon Dullar not to relent in his effort in transforming Somolu local government.

    ” Today we are here to honor Hon Dullar for the good work he has been doing in Somolu especially in the lives of the children and youths. During the summer coaching,our youths attended the free coaching class, also the parents of our Muslim brothers and sisters have benefited in the palliatives and grants giving to individuals. Our prayers is that God will continue to bless and protect him and members of his family.

     Highlight of the event was the presentation of the dual award by the Nigeria Local Government Excellence Award and the Muslim Students Society of Somolu Area.

    The Member of the House of Representatives for Ifako Ijaiye Federal Constituency, Hon. Benjamin Adeyemi Olabinjo (BAO), all to a Mega Empowerment Program designed to give back to the community.

    In a release signed by the BAO media,the event is scheduled for Saturday, 7th December 2024, at the African Church Primary School Compound, by Ifako-Ijaiye LGA Council Secretariat, College Road Ifako, with activities beginning promptly at 9:00am

    Investigator news reports that this initiative is aimed to empower youth, market women, artisans, community and religious groups, as well as traditional leaders, while offering specialized training in various vocational businesses.

    The release went further to state that Hon. Olabinjo emphasizes that the selection of beneficiaries has been conducted in a thorough and fair manner, ensuring that all deserving members of the community are included.

    As all beneficiaries and invitees are encouraged to arrive early in order to welcome dignitaries from the state, who will be present to witness and celebrate the empowerment initiative, while beneficiaries are asked to come with means of identification
